I only seen 1 group chasing and they were pickiune spikes on a doe and that was it... Was around Dec 17th - 20th or so... I hear tell we have a "Yankee" rut (1st or 2nd week of stick-n-strang season) up around the southern edge of Bankhead where we hunt also... Hope we have a good one this season, it snowed a TON up that way also... Was hopin to do some blood trailin in the snow, but taht did not work out... V Memento mori (Neck shot, 75 yards) - - I'll see you at the lake, around the beach, on the mountain & in the woods on this side or the other by & by.
