The d-bag needed to be killed, but he was an American citizen. Due process is one of the foundations of our Country. He was denied Due Process period.
If the Gubberment decided to declare us dangerous because we are gun owners, or make it illegal to criticize the gubberment(Free Speech) I doubt as many would be so willing to throw the constitution under the bus.
