I'll answer it aught six. It is clearly a different thing to kill enemy forces in the heat of battle and have some of them turn out to be Americans than it is to target a known American citizen.
This is a good discussion and I'm still struggling with how I feel about it but bdhunts makes the best case for killing him in his above post. He pledged to defend this country against both foreign and domestic enemies.
