Has called the killing of the al queda leader an assassination and said we had no authority to do it.
I understand the terrorists was a us citizen but he was a known terrorist and the world is better off because of his death.
Paul is right about a lot of things but he is so wrong on others and so far away from most blAmericans in foreign policy he is undoubtedly and definitely unelectable.
Support someone who can turn this wreck around . Herman Cain.

Paul is right, we dont want to go down the path of assassinating American citizens. An American citizen has the right to due process regardless. Up until he was killed, he was an American citizen Accused of terrorism, in other words -- a suspect.

Who had been wanted for years and who was the real face of al queda.
He has videos all over the net recruiting and preaching the al queda message and death to America.
If he wanted the protection his citizenship provided he should have turned himself in .
Every day he lived other Americans were in danger including our soldiers. He was a casualty of war and completely justifiable.

Yes, no doubt he was a bad guy. We also have guys just as bad living here now who are American citizens. We cannot throw the Constitution out the door just cause its inconvenient, the current and past President do and did that all too often... Its either live by the Constitution and be free with rights/inconveniences or just be another dictatorship.

Should your constitutional rights apply once you have declared war against your country and taken up residence in another country? Is this not akin to renouncing your citizenship? If you are a citizen and committed a crime you have a right to due process but if you are at war then it's a different ball game.

Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.

In my world yes, but the that is not my decision to make it is the Supreme Court's decision.

He was a traitor, living among and giving aid and comfort to our enemy. Turn him into a greasy spot and don't shed a tear.
Ron Paul has his head in his ass.

If you’re a common sense person, you probably don’t feel you have a home in this world right now. If you’re a Christian, you know you were never meant to.

Ron Paul has consistently taken a stand against the unconstitutional assasination policy of our government for some time now. Listen to his defense of our Constitution at the following link: Ron Paul's address to Congress on unconstitutional assasination policies 2/24/2010 Ron Paul is the only candidate who has a proven record of defending our Constitution while in office.

Ron Paul has his head in his ass. Do you take a loose/liberal interpretation of the Constitution that fits your feelings at the time or do you take a hard and true interpretation of the Constitution that will service the Freedom of your Family for generations to come? Ron Paul sticks to that pesky Constitution, sometimes its an irritation having to accept others that think different from you, however its a damn lot better than them coming to kick your ass because you think different from them.

Don't be mistaken--it's not like he was in Anniston or something and our big bad police state kicked in the door and capped his ass.
He was in a foreign country, fighting on the side of the enemy of our country.
He got what he deserved.
Next you'll tell me that our soldiers fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, while engaged in a firefight, should holler "time out" and say "yoo hoo, anybody got an American passport over there? If so, come on out so we can arrest you."
Ron Paul would no doubt deem that proper and Constitutional.

Ron Paul, and the Constitution does not advocate that we should be the Police of the World. According to the Constitution we should only be worried about what crosses our borders. Ron Paul will call the military back for pure regular defense. A lot of troops will be allocated to the border to solve the Mexican drug cartel problem.

Ron Paul is wrong on this one. Just like Timothy McViegh to John Wilkes Booth, they are terrorists and got what they deserved.

McVeigh got a fair trail...time has spent and some will argue but so did Booth. What about this guy? The feelings about this may be different, however those two guys got the protection of the Constitution. They got the same Protection that allows you to say "You're Wrong!". Try saying that in Iran.

In my mind when the guy moves to another country and is a recruiter for a top terrorist group your pretty much not an American citizen anymore. He got what he asked for, its not like they killed the guy in Huntsville or anything.

I had a geometry teacher from Iran in high school that would probably have been considered a traitor in his home country.
Does Iran have the right to enter our country and assasinate people like him?
How is that different from what our country is doing?

I don't disagree Skinny...but what McVeigh got was a slow version of what he deserved...just like anyone who wants to kill innocent Americans. Booth on the other hand got swifter justice. Either way...openly admit that you want to hurt/kill innocent Americans, and you do not deserve fair treatment...end of story.

Does Mexico have the right to come to Huntsville and assasinate the guy?
