New member, long time lurker.
I put sugar in my cornbread so go ahead and throw me right back out - lol. I also put habanero or jalapeno in there.
Grew up all over the place, mostly Caribbean islands. Lots of family from Alabama, been in this state over two decades.
I've hunted everything from lizards to bears and I like hogs. Being a mature hunter - it's more challenging to go into the yucky places they live and drag them out these days but as long as I can, I will.

Hello ALDeer, I am a newly approved member. I am from Birmingham originally, but I now live in Baldwin County. I hunt primarily private land in Wilcox, Baldwin, and Marshall Counties. I have spent some time in the Mobile-Tensaw Delta and the Perdido River WMA, but have yet to kill a deer in either (I have done okay with ducks and squirrel though!). I am very interested in learning more about public land hunting opportunities in Alabama and sharing what I know, however limited, with fellow members. Thanks for having me.

Hello Aldeer family. I was a member years ago but forgot my login and password. Tough to remember some things at 62  . Re-registered and now I'm back. I love to deer hunt but only been doing it for about 8 years so I have a lot to learn and have learned a lot from everyone on here. Hope to bring something to the table if I can. I live in FL for now and hunt in Henry county with a friend who owns property there. Steve

New member here. I haven't ever gone hunting in Alabama (went hog hunting when I lived in South Louisiana) but I am active when it comes to shooting. I have hung out over on the bayou shooter forum some if any of you guys are on there.
I found out about this forum from a coworker of mine at Whitesburg Baptist Church.

new guy from LA, used to frequent a lot of forums when i was younger. life gets in the way of that. most of those forums have slowed to the speed of smell, so this place looks like its got a few good members so should be fun siftin through the BS. haha

Well I'll be ,,,,Otis was right about this here forum ,,,he said to me ,,, Mike ,,,you're going to get along just fine since you like to do all this typing through space.
I took me a look see in most of the forums before I signed up and I'm right happy the administrater obliged me pretty quick like and I appreciate that.
I'm on some fishing boards and know a lot about the brotherhood and friendships formed on these here types of forums. So let the story telling ,,,I mean fun begin.
