Sorry for the late post guys but I killed him yesterday evening. I've been watching this deer for the past two years and passed him up both times hoping he'd make it till next year. I've had cameras out all summer and knew this guy was #1 on the hit list! I got in my stand yesterday evening about 3:30, I had to watch some of the Bama game of course, but I get set up on a white oak ridge and about 4:30 I start having some action, two does fed through the bottom about 30 yards from me. About 5:45 I hear a deer walking and I realize soon it's the buck I'm after, he was 80 yards out and closing, he fed all the way to me and stopped about 25 yards and the rest is history, he didn't make it 100 yards. This is one of my favorite deer I've killed just because of the history I have with him, I'm blessed to do what I love and especially on the land I grew up on.. And for a little side note.. Roll Tide
