Bought one myself this year. Got the promag xl. I've hunted out of summits, ole man, timbertalls etc and it's the best all around stand I've ever set in. Shot a doe my first set in it and very pleased
. Do yourself a favor and get stabilizer straps from 3rd hand archery if you bow hunt. With those straps you can literally lean all over the stand and it will not move.
Only negative I found is it's a pain in the ass to climb up and down a tree with bc you gotta hook your boots underneath the sides and pull up. I've added another strap to go around the bottom (summit type ratchet strap) and I can haul ass now.
