Just took my sweet baby boy back for CT of his lungs. I hate him being put to sleep and only 7 weeks old.

He has some sort of infection/mucus in his lungs. All his airways and everything looks normal. We are gone have to wait for the culture to come back to see exactly what it is in his lungs.It may be because of him aspirating milk at some point and steadily gotten worse or could be an infection . Will know Friday or Monday hopefully after we getalked the results from pathology. The good thing is he doesn't have something seriously worng and pulmonologist believes it is treatable and not some sort of lung disease.

He does have to stay overight because of the saline they put into his lungs for scope. He had trouble getting o2 back up so they want to monitor him overnight. Seems having to stay after scope is pretty common.
