Alright booner only going to tell you this if I get a hunting invite to the prime spot.
You know you can hunt outside 100 yds and use the wind. So, put feeder in such a way you can't see it, but they continue to walk by. In other words big pile of brush between you and feeder. Manipulate the feeder so they got to come by your area from bedding area toward feeder. Even build brush up on entering and exit side if open so no questions asked. Stay outside of 100 yds upon entering and exit. Any questions invite game warden out prior to season to verify. He knows it's there and approved it basically. And keep your mouth shut. Find a reason to bait it without anyone knowing during season. No law says you can't bait it at night if you don't have a gun. Carry a gun and leave next to a tree on way in while you bait. You will kill a nice one if no one finds your honey hole. You could even put a top over it with brush to keep fellows hunters from finding it on google earth.
