Let me try to explain it a little better to help this guy out. I'm a Realtor and I've seen some properties listed in this community in the past.
The way I understand it, the 160 acres and the lake are the HOA amenities/facilities. Instead of having a pool, tennis courts, etc that a normal HOA has, the owners in this community share the lake and have equal hunting rights on the land. I'm not sure how they handle the sign-in process for hunting specific areas, but it's a cool concept. Kind like living at a hunting camp full time
