Check out gpsdiscount.com. They have pretty good prices. Are you wanting a GPS/fishfinder or a regular fishfinder? You can't go wrong with Lowrance. I bought the Lowrance 520 last year and it is awesome. So i'll say go with Lowrance.
If you are interested, I have a Garmin 168 GPS and 240 (regular fishfinder) for sale. They are not color though. I'd take $250 for them together.
