This past weekend Jackie Bushman and the Buckmasters Whitetail Deer Foundation gave a scholarship to a kid who is attending the University of Montevallo's Outdoor Scholars Program. This is a really cool program and is growing fast. The President's Outdoor Scholars

I wonder if the kid has to be on the Buckmasters call list for the rest of his life as part of the scholarship. If so I'd give it back.

Heck I almost didn't graduate from Auburn because of deer hunting and I wasn't even getting scholarship money for it. I was just doing it for free.

Haha that was me from Alabama...buddies and I had a lease 15 min from campus...it was bad haha I actually shot a buck before class, went and looked for him for a while, and then had to run to class that I couldn't skip that day...Ended up goin back right after and finding him ha

I know one of the kids who's in the program at montevalo. Too bad they didn't have those programs 15 years ago.
