I don't know much about the Element but I just got a great deal on a Carbon Spyder 34 ZT and I love it. In the limited time I've had with the bow I have really really liked it. Its much much lighter than my PSE Evo, doesn't shoot as fast but its not as hard to pull back and feels really good on the shot.
