Pm him for details guys. I don't believe he will post the numbers again in the open because of the scolding he took for seeming inconsistencies in his descriptions.
Best I recall it was less than 50 acres per member. Low pressure too. May be a jam up place but everybody would have to have full time employment, no kids or buddies and a real solid understanding.
