I was in Nice last year. It was my second time there. Great city, right on the French Riviera. It was full of tourists everytime Ive been there. Many americans.
I would have to assume that some of those bodies in that street are American tourists, as well as from MANY countries.

Then treat ISIS the enemy that they are and acknowledge it and take the fight to them in their backyard. You know like we did the first time. This is war not a criminal justice matter like it's been treated the last seven and half years.

I took issue with 2 items in the first one: 1) its not that hard 2) kill of them we are on the same page.

Under their belief system they are encouraged to do ANYTHING NECESSARY to advance the nation of islam.
