A good start would be to un tie our operatives in the field and let them do their job without the POTUS micro managing them. Then treat ISIS the enemy that they are and acknowledge it and take the fight to them in their backyard. You know like we did the first time. This is war not a criminal justice matter like it's been treated the last seven and half years.
