Nuke Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan and then the hunting ground for the rest of these bastards shrinks exponentially. Freeze ALL their assets that can be identified and start killing them wherever they are. All it takes is BALLS, BIG balls and it can be done.
It's gonna take 5-6 countries to do that, and I don't think anyone has the balls. I do think this has been the last straw for France, and they are going to make someone pay.
