Will 2-4,D kill crabgrass? I've had an outbreak of it this year. I didn't put out any pre emergent killer out.

Nope. Atrazine is a pre emerge and is largely ineffective against Crab grass. Try stonewall pre emerge next spring. Had good luck with the crab grass control.
