Honest to God you referenced WIKI as source? That's funny. Go to lunch and ask Lewis why he had a family there introducing themselves as the new owners who had bought him out. He might have recently sold it, but he still is a waiter/oyster shucker then. His voice is also still the one on the radio commercial, hear it every morning. It also doesn't change the fact that your point was that it was better on the southern blvd because of different ownership... that's the reason we are discussing it.
