Looks like gonna have to back out on this tract. Have people interested just no one committing but one other person. If anyone would like to go in 4 ways we are willing. $2,500 each or I'm just not gonna back out. Thanks

Hate to hear that Hoof and Spur.Looked like a nice tract.Now is when the posts usually start between now and hunting season.(Looking to lease X amount of land in X county).(Wanting to stay within 2 hours of Birmingham ) Not worried about price) Guys here is what everybody has been asking for.

We got the lease secure now and are proceeding forward with 3 members. Our goal is 6. Can show property to anyone that is looking for a club. Looking forward Tamadrumhead to this season.
