I have a serious question to all those opposed to voting for Trump based on your God based principles: Do you believe in your heart that God will hold that against you in the end when the female version of Satan is the other choice?
Like I said this is a serious question. Just trying to understand. The question is, do we believe God thinks there is a right or wrong thing to do. Any believer that ask that question knows that the answer is absolutely, yes. God is not ambivalent and there is little doubt He expects his His people to do the right thing and leave the results to Him. What's the right thing? Honestly, I have to admit that I can't say for sure, yet. Up to this point I've relied on my personal feelings when I should be praying about the decision. That's what every one of us who are believers should be doing. Pray about what God would have us do and trust that He is powerful enough to handle the situation. The realisation is that we shouldn't be looking to any man to save us and if we are tthen we haven't set our eyes high enough. We should also acknowledge that no matter who wins, God can accomplish His purpose,, regardless. We've all been relying on our own understanding to make this decision and although I know what God says about leadership I haven't really put my decision in His hands. I have a belief that I know what He wants believers to do but I need to pray that He will reveal it clearly to me and that he gives me the faith to do the right thing without fear and with the belief that He can handle it no matter what happens.
