We sat there all weekend and watched people get pulled over for going to fast through there. I don't know why they built those docks. Getting a boat in and out of them at high tide is a huge pain. I did it just to pick up my wife and son one day last summer and the current rips through there. I don't think the developer is ever going to sell those slips. We turned one down.
