Sparky 4 point S Joined: Oct 2007 Posts: 527 Booger Woods	I bought one last Thanksgiving. It worked very well on 7-8 lb turkey breasts. Very simple to use and the turkey turned out perfect. I just used a simple rub and dripped it in the Big Easy. Be wary of the advertised cooking time, though. Mine took longer than advertised, but might have been due to the turkey breasts being cold. Supposed to let them sit at room temp for a couple of hours before cooking. Any specific questions? I don't regret the purchase.
