Lawyers, judges and the courts can be wrong and incorrect in their interpretations at all levels regardless of the issue or the "side" they are on. Just because a court may rule something unconstitutional doesn't mean they are correct in their thinking. Nor vice versa. Their duty may be to interpret the law, but we all know that these interpretations are often filled with social and political bias. And that cuts both ways as history has shown.

Per my opinion, if the SCOTUS falls for this progressive based false argument of equal protection of a behavior, not a natural right, and enables homosexuals to be a protected class based solely on sexual preference or identity then it will open up a firestorm of legal wrangling like we've never seen before regarding gay rights and other fringe sexual identity arguments.

The reason for the Constitution and our laws in the first place is to create a just and ordered society that is based on natural rights that God created and endowed us with, set on a foundation of morality that reflects Honor, Justice, Goodness and Virtue--all of which are Biblical principles.

When the lawmakers and/or the courts deviate from this aim and seek to redefine terms and redefine what society should look like, then it is the court and lawmakers who are off track from those timeless ideals of Honor, Justice, Goodness and Virtue.

After the gay marriage debate is over and SCOTUS caves in and allows it nationwide....Up next: transgendered, cross dressing, gender identity.

I expect the world to act like the world. So it doesn't surprise me when people fall all over themselves condoning certain behaviors and failing to understand that real liberty has a virtuous component that is mandatory by definition. When our nation sells out to the progressive ideals that are attacking currently, we will not have more liberty, but less.

Carry on. I'm done on this topic as well.

Well I'm quoting myself from 2015.....imagine that.

What is the hot topic today just a few months over a year from the gay marriage/roy moore thread? Yep you guessed it...Transgendered rights and Sexual/gender identity. Progressives do not stop...they are masters at the slow play/long con.

Nibble here, nibble there....every so often a pushing of the envelope then retreat and let hollywood take over to indoctrinate the masses...then push the agenda again until they gain ground.

Gay Marriage issue....check. (Still a few battles to fight but overall it is done)

Next up...Transgendered/Gender Identity. We are in the throws of the first agenda push after having some Hollywood indoctrination for several years. So what did they pick...personal privacy issue of bathroom use. Here it comes. Over the next 2 years this will be debated heavily, especially if another liberal or moderate is appointed to the SCOTUS.

After transgendered....wonder what will be next?
