Time and patience. I have #2, not a lot of #1 at this stage in my life with work and kids. I would say as a % very few turkeys that are sat down on are killed right off the roost. You have to have the time and patience to stay with them and be ready when they are even if that's from daybreak to 2pm in the afternoon.
