I travel this state everyday all week all year. And it never fails to see someone pulled over when entering Uniontown, Gordo, Ozark, Brantley, Florala and Luverne.

they still bad in reform??? I used to manage a band that played many frat house parties across the southeast and always passed the officer sitting across from the gas station on the east side of town or just passed the old shell on the west side.

"they'll put'chu in the slammer in reform, alabamer....put'chu in the slammer, yes they will!!!"

made up a few verses as we passed him on the west side early one morning after playing the purple fish in t'loosa....didn't realize it was a premonition, as two members behind us were jailed after stopping at the old shell (both had gunta beards and one had big hair)....and had a bud of kgb in a small tupperware container under the front seat...oh, they were 3mph over the posted speed to get stopped after being spotted. that was a long trip back to pickens co jail from starkville...had a message on the answering machine (mini cassett) when we got in (before the prevailance of bag and brick cellular telephones).

Uniontown is well known to pull over out of state cars constantly.

Uniontown was notorious for ignoring the escapades of the locals, for unethical reasons according to rumor and innuendo, and concentrating on making it hard for anyone from out of town to conduct "business" there. I think it is better than it used to be after they got a lot of federal attention before I retired.

You're jinxed now. I told someone, in a conversation, about 4 or 5 years ago that I hadn't had a speeding ticket in years. Two weeks later, I got two in five days. One in Tunica, MS and one in Huntsville.

Grove Hill for sure. Let's not forget Chickasaw either. If they suspect that you're thinking about speeding, they will stop you and write you a ticket.

I came, I saw, so I killed them all......Vern

Can't remember the road in Moulton, but it dropped from 55 to 35 in about a mile. I got pulled over for doing 27 over coming back from a haunted house. I somehow managed to get out of it without so much as even a written warning. shocked

Uniontown, repton, and Brantley. when you are driving hwy 80 and come up to Uniontown, it goes 65, 55, 45, 35, get out and push. You better get out and push.
