I'm wondering if there isn't something about the resin process that causes the misfires. It's in liquid form when they put it in there.... Don't know. Winchester Ammo rec'd my package 4/12/16 @ 9:57am, so far - no response. It will probably be a day or two while they do analysis on the hull. I bet they will tell you that you got them wet and they aren't responsible. If they do, pls make my screengrab at the exact moment where I go "POOP" & write "Winchester LB's are POOP!"
