Just goes to show. They want tolerance but are intolerant of everyone else

And their Orwellian definition of "tolerance" is total submission of the entire nation to every aspect of their agenda: total acceptance, affirmation, indoctrination, special laws, rights and privileges, exaltation, elimination of freedom of religion (read Christianity),etc.

When and where has any gay person ever said you can't worship?

You realize statements like this make you sound like an idot - right?

Good to see you drop back in the thread you left because your couldn't answer a straight forward question that would have compromised your whole argument.

You are a professing libertarian but it seems you are only for liberty and freedom for people you agree with.

When some gay person infringes on your right to life, liberty or property, you let me know. I'll go right to them and give them a stern talking to..............on your behalf.

Why in the world do my rights have to be infringed upon in order for me to stand up for them....? It's like saying not every black person could be for the Civil Rights Movement unless their rights were directly infringed upon, or no one could be against Hitler unless their rights were infringed upon.

How have your rights been infringed on?

Pardon me for misquoting myself... In the previous post, I said
"You don't have to have something happen to you in order to stand up for your's and other people's rights."

Emphasis there on other people's rights being infringed upon. Why can I not stand up for other people?

How have "other people" (I assume you're excluding gays here) had their rights infringed upon?

Forcing someone to perform a service against their religious beliefs that other people could and would willingly perform would be infringing on rights.

They don't have to be in business serving the public. I've never once seen a business owner with a gun to his/her head because they decided not to be in business anymore.

Forcing someone to not get the mcrib sandwich when McDonald's doesn't have it on the menu is equally troubling

It blows my mind to think someone would get so butthurt (pun intended) about gay people that you feel like you can't possibly interact without losing some degree of your purity

I left it because I am a full time professional, full time graduate student and I volunteer for causes I believe in. Posting on the internets takes second place to real life.

You seem to have plenty of time to engage in internet debate, just no time for questions you don't have answers to. That question is still posted so feel free to take a stab at it when you get done with your other battles.

How about the business owner can make choices for his or her own business and if a customer does not like it they can open their own business or go somewhere else that will gladly serve them in the manner they desire. Seems simple enough but no that would not cause a scene or create drama.

Where have you been? It may not be a literal gun, but the threats of lawsuits that will kill your livelihood has about the same effect on a small business owner.

That is what a real libertarian believes. I think he's confused.

That's the bottom line... It will all sort itself out if people will just calm down.

Black people don't shop at stores that are obviously racists,.. In the same way gays won't shop at stores that are bothered by gay marriage.

99% of the time things would sort them self out without lawyers,... But lawyers need something to do.

No offense to lawyers

Strictly talking about private business owners, I agree with you. Not only will black people not shop with an openly racist business, neither will a large portion of white people. The market will take care of itself.

They put purposefully put themselves in the situation to gripe and complain about it to push their agenda. Isn't that obvious? There was just an article the other day in Washington state that a man was getting dressed/undresses in the women's locker room and he quoted the law that allows him to do that. But he didn't identify as a women or even pretend to. All this crap opens up that type of thinking. How would you feel Geno or JBC if someone tried to show your daughter his junk in a locker room if he felt like being a girl that day?

All this goes hand in hand. This country as a majority has lost its moral and biblical compass and to think that any of this is right or NORMAL is crazy. The bible talked about sexual perversion and men likings men and women liking women. It may be a shock but it's NOT a new concept. It's been around for thousands of years. But by the Bibles standard it's still wrong. And this country (like it or not) was founded on those biblical principals

Here is Washington state article

How about those women's/girls rights? Shouldn't you take up for them?

Work itself out my ass! If y'all haven't noticed while us normal folks are out working paying taxes the homosexuals and the transvestites are forcing their lifestyles on us even though we are the majority! Where will it end? When they have everything the way they want it? That's exactly what will happen if we don't stand up for our rights and beliefs. It ain't gonna work itself out!
