So ... now I gotta go get that spent shell out of the woods... I can't stand leaving Yelp marks in the woods. I always pick the feathers up and cover up any blood that may be there as well. I've been known to relocate feathers to where I want to tell folks the bird was killed as well. that's what I do as well, only on public land. But I pick up my hull always
