I heard that once the season opens,all corn will be bagged with a tracking device. Someone has loose lips. One small, yellow "corn" kernel in each bag emits a GPS signal for tracking at the DCNR bunker in Montgomery underneath the Capitol ... it sits on a hill, you know, so one of the underground chambers is for top-secret enforcement security and monitoring. NAH, GPS doesn't work any more. (See other thread) They got a new top secret technology.
