Word I got was the DCNR had "captured" a bunch of crows, implanted GPS devices and turned them loose in different parts of the state. They can now track them, that's where the corn is, without ever leaving Montgomery. When they get a couple crows congregating in a given area they call the local GW and he goes to the GPS coordinate and makes the bust. More money in the coffers!
Don't need to worry about the crows in south wilcox, I got them in the freezer for my garden next spring.
