Hello yall, this is my first post on here but I'm visiting family in Lincoln an am have hell finding a bird anywhere on the talledega national Forrest. I live about 30 minutes from Stuttgart in Arkansas so I would gladly swap out a duck hunt for a turkey hunt. I'll be in Alabama till Saturday. Or if anyone just wants to kinda point me in a direction I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Did you visit Choccolocco WMA? That's a very broad direction but I think it has good numbers.

I've logged several miles in the TNF the last two days myself and still haven't heard a bird. I'm not sure what's going on with those birds. Stay after it. Birds are there. Another option is the Hollins WMA on the south end of the forest. I read that they burned about 2,000 acres there last week.
