I work with Satellites, UAVs and other intelligence gathering systems for the government and my company has a few contracts with certain state government entities. I can go ahead and tell you because I have higher gubberment clearance than Dustin. But Dustin is in fact part of the DCNR-NASA-Homeland Security Conservation and Terrorism taskforce. The problem is that piles of corn look just like piles of yellowcake Uranium or even stockpiles of liquid nerve gas. That obviously has to be checked out so gamewardens are sent in first, they are cheap and expendable, just in case it is a real threat. And for their troubles if they find a pile of corn they can collect the ticket fine for themselves. Skinny is correct. My neighbor's best friend's preachers daughters boyfriend told me the same thing.
