I hunt in Iridh Setter snake boot. Very light, waterproof and comfortable. My only complaint is the buckles where you lace up the top section has two that have snapped off so I just drilled out the hole do the lace would fit through.

depends on weather, time of year. from low rubber shoes to 16" rubber boots, to Gokey bullhide snake boots.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

Rubber boots 90% of the time, Rocky snake boots the other 10%.

LaCrosse snakeproof boots. I take extra socks if I'm going to be out walking a lot.

I just got some lacrosse Alpha 4X snake boots. Their a rubber boot yet snake proof. I love them so far. Just wore them for youth weekend, Ive owned the Lacrosse Adders and Bushnell snake boots and before the season is up, they leak and the liner starts coming apart and traps my foot in the boot. The Adders I had to take a knife to them to get my foot out.

have had rocky snake boots for 7 or 8 years, I keep waiting for them to go out or start leaking but they wont.
I hate them, lace up fronts, zipper outsides. zipper gets mud in it and is a pain in the ass. Laces don't go around pegs, theyre full eye loops, so lacing up takes forever. They stay unzipped most of the time.
I will say, they are comfortable and I can walk miles in them and feet never get sore. I spent too much on them and cant justify getting rid of them until they go out.
