Been a fad for more than 10 years. Ain't just black folks, either. They block the sun better than a curved hat. Great for fishing and especially for sight-fishing. If that's the worst thing a kid wants to wear, no big deal.

My daughter sent grandson to visit one time sporting a mohawk haircut. It lasted ten minutes after he arrived. She couldn't believe I cut his hair. I was astounded she thought I'd leave it......

Fred don't play!! My little nephew got one (a flatbill cap that is) and my Vietnam vet dad ain't too crazy about it. I always liked the low profile caps myself but I know I'm fast becoming a dinosaur.

My grandfather wore his hat like that his entire life. Every old man I knew growing up wore their hats that way. My dad still wears his that way.
What is the big damn deal? When I was a kid my dad and grandfather and u CLE used to give me crap about bending the bill of my hat.
I am not wearing my hat that way, but I don't give a crap what someone else wears. It is better than the idiots with them bent almost into a u shape.
As long as you don't wear a cap backwards I don't care. Wearing one backwards is just stupid.

Including the one signifying his time in the service on a destroyer in World War II. He was neither a "democrat" or anything other than a good Christian man.

I think it's funny to see people's reactions to flat bills. I don't care for them but, could care less who wears them. My son wears them and thinks the curved one's are stupid looking and he's pure hick. I'm not gonna whip him over it though, he's 5'11 and 240lbs, haha

I wear both. Whatever I grab off the shelf is what I wear. Doesn't really matter to me.
Its better to sit in a stand and think about God, then to sit in church and think about hunting.
