Check management area rules. I'm pretty sure you can hunt turkeys after 1 on most if not all management areas. National forest is a different story. If you haven't already, check in so we will be reassured that everyone is going to participate. I don't foresee anyone in this group not contributing because I am pretty sure I have seen all of your names in one turkey thread or another.
Is anyone getting out Saturday? I'll be taking a young friend of mine and maybe Sunday before church. I'll be out of town the first week or two of season unfortunately, but may get to hunt opening day afternoon and the next morning before class, but not sure yet. Hoping to get on a bird early in the year.
