I posted a prayer request recently for one of my friends and a fellow member of AlDeer. He was doing his best to keep it private, but with my persuasion, he's now allowed me to share with the rest of you.
PerchJerker has got a rough road ahead of him and he could continue to use all the prayer support from us that we could possibly give him. He's also self employed and he will be unable to work for a while due to the treatments that he'll be having done.
Larry "PerchJerker" has been diagnosed with stage four throat cancer. He's hard headed and a pretty tough old man so I know he can beat this,but I would imagine any help at all that we can give him would be of great use. Larry did not want to set up a GoFundMe page, but with the cost of the treatments and the lack of work, it will be practically impossible for him to make it on his own.
Y'all be sure to keep him in your prayers.
