I don't post in the food forum often, but this grilled cheese was too good not to share. I got the idea for it off the Intraweb, so y'all know it's good! Anyway, to make it do like you normally would and butter the bread on the outside (I use olive oil on the outside). Once you got the frying pan ready (I use a George Foreman-type grill), put shredded cheddar cheese directly on the pan/grill. Put the sandwich down on top of that shredded cheese, and then put more shredded cheese on the top side (if you're cooking with a George Foreman). If using a frying pan, just leave the sandwich on the shredded cheese for a while, then when you flip it put more shredded cheese down so you'll have it on both sides of the sandwich.

The goal here is to have a grilled cheese that is crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. I'm here to tell you that this thing is dang good! If you try it you'll never want one he old way again....
