I showed him some deer tracks, scrapes, rubs, acorns, let him play with my i-phone compass and we shot one squirrel. This was his first hunt in the woods.

Dr. B Model 50 12 ga. That's what I meant! That was my dad's first gun ever. He got it for Christmas when he was 21. My grandfather gave it to him. His was made in 1959 according to the serial #. I killed my first turkey with that gun. I recognized it from the forearm checkering and the receiver that has that little upturned furrow. Great little shotgun for it's time. Dr. B
