Kind of funny how it's always racism that is pointed out as the problem in the south when most folks I've met from the north are way more racist than anyone I know from below the Mason Dixon line.
Racism isn't the problem. A government that rewards sloth and irresponsibility with gifts from the public treasury is. But of course to address that would mean that certain groups could no longer play the victim..
