I'm glad that the writer published this article. It's high time that somebody shed light on whose fault it really is that these people are in the situation they're in. It's not their fault that they're selling drugs, that they're standing in their yard using illegal drugs, that they have felony convictions and nobody will hire them, that they're murdering people. It's always somebody else's fault, and that's why their circumstances will never change.
