I'm watching a foodplot and a long road that runs south of the foodplot this afternoon...My Dad has seen quite a few nice bucks from this stand at the tail end of seasons past. I hope today is my lucky day! I may go ahead and shoot a doe if I get a good opportunity too. Good luck to y'all

Hardly ever hunt afternoons, figured I'd give it a try. Hunting a planted road in some thinned pines. Lots of deer activity lately here, just waiting on a biggun.

Got a young 8 with a doe. He is keeping his distance from her. When she moves he moves. He has bedded down twice then once she takes about 10 steps he gets up and moves closer.

No more good bucks in Monroe co. We are covered up with does and baby bucks. No one has seen a shooter buck yet. Maybe they will show up here in the next few days.
It's hard to kiss the lips at night that chews your a$$ all day long.

2 fawns and a spike. Appeared to be a slow evening around me in Baldwin co. I think I heard one shot. Congratulations to all those that had success today

I saw 7 does and fawns at dark, but never had a decent opportunity at a shot. It was too dark for me to be 200% sure about the "doe" I was going to shoot, so I held off

Had a buck come in on me at dark couldn't tell how big he was so didn't shoot... Gone go after em again in the morning

All day sit. Everything happened for me mid-day. Saw 6 deer total and killed a coyote. Bucks were too small to shoot. Good day hunting.
