I went out @ 20 Degrees and came out at 41 and climbing...I left my dang bow out there cause I was burning up lol. Headed out again after I eat. Thought I'd be covered up with deer but didn'ty see anything.

They are chasing in southeast Chilton county. Saw a small 8 chasing a doe hard this morning about 10:30.

Got good and set up leaned forward my jacket decided to throw its self into the creek Below, sat there till 1030 with a under armor base layer shirt and a brown hoodie was kinda brisk

Seen these 3 at 945am....waited till 11 and was gonna come out looked up and saw a 6 point working a scrape....watched him bed down about 30 yds downwind of the scrape....waited till 1130 and was gonna try to ease out cause I was really needing to take a shat.Eased the door of the shooting house and had 2 does slipping through the crp field.....I finally got out at 1215......I finally am now back in the same spot

Hunting this patch but I would rather be in the creek bottom but high water kept that from happening. Maybe a hot doe will show up with a boyfriend.

Got in the stand for a midday sit and have been covered up since. Saw three bucks while climbing into the stand. Have seen 9 does and 5 bucks. 1 hoss that of course will not cooperate!! Most have come by us twice.

I'm sitting on a little field for my last sit of the season. Should've sat in the SH but chose a loc on cause I wanted to be out in the woods for this gorgeous afternoon! Gonna try and get some meat if I can. Congrats on the buck slayer!
