I had them for years and loved the service area but I switched to Sprint here in Fl (not as good service) but they have unlimited data still for less than 3gb of data from Verizon and 20 less a month.

My understanding AT&T went back to unlimited data as long as you have Direct TV

I've been with verizon for years. Last fall I went to get a new phone at the verizon store. The guy that worked my account SCREWED up my plan and I ended up paying for texts instead of unlimited texts. When I got my bill and saw the mistake I got online and did the chat with a representative. She found the problem with the plan, re-figured the bill, (still payed a little more than I feel I should have), then suggested an alternate plan that would save me money. I ended up saving about $70 a month on all my lines. Overall I've been pretty happy with them and their coverage is the best.

I have had Verizon for several years, since I switched from Nextel. I am certain that the coverage between troy and Luverne has gotten worse in the past 2 years. Places I used to have 2 bars now drop calls. And since they have added 4glte data, I think they have slowed down the 3g service. It's useless now.
