Back in june i went to the EDGE plan and then in Dec. I closed my account and had my wife take her phone off the account with 2 other lines we had and open her own account. I was gonna try T-Mobile out and I didnt like it..So I just went back to verizon, but on my wife account. Well I have my final bill and it's $1,824.23. They are showing that I had 2 device plans going on that i never signed up for. I called the other day and talked to a lady and she done some looking and couldn't find any contract where I signed up for this.. She told me she wanted to call me back and do a little more research. Well guess what I never got a phone call back so now i'm back on the phone with them trying to get this straighten out.. I HATE VERIZON!!!

The best thing i ever did was switch to straight talk from Walmart $45 a month for unlimited talk,text, and data you can pick from several different carrier's towers I use a phone that runs on Verizon just because they have the best service in my area...I will never sign another contract with a cell provider...

They just increased my monthly bill by $20 and I didn't have or make any changes to my plan.

Verizon ?? Have you ever dealt with AT&T ? Several yrs ago a chick started texting me out of the blue. said she was in Cali and had a Cali number. She was asking questions typical about someone considering a move to New Orleans or any new place.we texted about a month. my next bill was $800. I was told she was in Africa and I didn't have international texting. My reply was how was I to know she had Cali number. Then I said since I had no international texting why did they allow it without contacting me. I got nowhere with them. Now i use boost mobile $45 a month unlimited and no way they can run it up.

Straight talk is not walmart. They have their own that is cheaper and yes you can buy phones from either. before you buy check coverage. Also check PSC and boost.

Verizon finally got it straightened out. Apparently when I closed my account they added someone else's device plan to my account which doesn't make sense
