Had a hunting buddy in Lubbock that was on the narcotic task force. They were about to bust a major drug dealer in Lubbock that had a sweet ride and everyone was drooling over who was going too get that car in the asset forfeiture. This was during the Miami Vice days. Guy got wind of the bust, grabbed his cash and headed to back to Mexico. But not before he burned his house and that nice car.
