I hate to you use you as my example, but I just can't help it. Your summation concerning Richard Shelby is DEAD ON. He is nothing but an incumbent, lifer, connected, go along to get along, RINO, has never seen pork spending he didn't love, sleazeball politician. I couldn't agree more. Not to mention, many other folks (myself included) agree with you. So what do we all say is the answer? Kick the damn RINO, go along to get along, bought and paid for by corporate welfare dollars lifelong politicians out on their EARS and get some REAL conservatives in Washington.

So what does Texas do? PRECISELY that when they elected Ted Cruz to defeat an incumbent via a conservative, tea party, grass roots campaign. He has fought against the establishments from both parties since the day he arrived in Washington in 2012. He has gotten zero of the RINO super pac funding sources for his campaign because he despises corporate welfare and has refused to be bought. They don't want him because they can't control him with $. The accusation you keep throwing out about Goldman Sachs is nothing but a steaming pile of chit. With ZERO merit whatsoever...his wife was simply employed there. Simple as that. End of story and you WILL NOT produce any substantiation otherwise. Unlike you, I have researched all of these various allegations and sound bits that low information voters like you keep throwing out. There is nothing to them. At all.

You are lumping in a real, conservative, principled, constitutional LEADER, who wants exactly what we want and his actions show it, with a bunch of damn sleazeballs and you just "know-it-all" too much to even realize it. I hate to tell you my friend, but people like you are EXACTLY why we don't get any better than we do within political offices. If you REALLY care about this country at all, you will do a ton more research on Ted Cruz than you have. Don't come in here blaming your laziness and apathy, as evidenced by your lack of research and refusal to read a damn easy read book, or lookup senate floor speeches on youtube, or research bill voting in the senate, etc. on us. Folks can lead a horse to water, but they can't make him drink.
