Congrats on a fine buck. I know what you mean when you say "off of family farm", I would rather kill a cull buck off my place than a trophy off of someone else's property. Totally agree. There is something special about killing one on land you own or you lease and worked hard for.

I saw 8, 5 does, a cow horn, button buck, and an 8pt that was the biggest deer I've ever passed in Alabama.

Doe and 2 fawns. Slow evening. Heard maybe 2 shots. However did have a buck come by and freshen up a couple of scrapes on the trail I walked in on. Congrats Tambo! Cool deal getting one on your own place..and a fine buck at that!

My Dad finally caught up with a buck we called "Mack Daddy" this afternoon. He's our best buck ever from the farm. Nobody deserves this buck more than my Dad!!!
