The problem is too may American's are lazy, good for nothing, selfish, entitled pussies that aren't willing to work for what they get.
You got that right. Especially today's 18-25 yr olds. You gotta start hiring FARM boys.  The oldest guy in my shop is 25 years old. I'd put them up against ANYBODY that does what we do. We've only got 2 guys that aren't farm boys of some sort or another. They're outliers in the bell curve. I don't think a single dang one of them owns an alarm clock though. Good thing the owner is late most mornings. Everyone that you see that you can't use send them my way. We will never have enough great people, the more of them we get the more we grow. Congrats on having awesome employees they truly make everyones job easier!
