What tactics does your club, use or consider to keep pressure and scent to a minimum as the hunting season progresses?

I was in a small club in Pickens County for about 10 years. The final 2 years we decided to not allow 4-wheelers on the property (unless recovering a deer). However, we could use golf carts. bad boy buggies, or walk. Our deer sightings doubled at least. We also wouldn't shoot does in a greenfield from December 1 to Jan 31.
I hunt agricultural land now and they're so used to tractors/equipment that ATVs make no difference. They are very wary of vehicles though oddly enough. They spot them from 500 yds +.

I have a sanctuary. It is 40 acres and we don't allow humans.
We only allow humans if they are in a ghillie suit. We walk into the sanctuary downwind.
We do hunt the sanctuary, but only on Saturdays and Sundays.
We will squirrel hunt it during the week, but NEVER deer.
We also run cams during the week, but always use mocassins to check them daily, so we don't crunch any leaves.

We are on our property so much that we don't bother the deer. I think they are just used to us

All y'all that think I'm joking must not kill many big deer in your sanctuary. We kill tons of big deer on my 40 acre sanctuary. I killed one yesterday wearing my special mocassins.

Pretty simple. Manage your sanctuary or your sanctuary manages you. We just know what works for us.

Close down 1/2 the club from the first Monday after Jan 1st until 3rd or 4th weekend of January. Put out plenty of corn and stay out. You will have plenty of deer when you start back hunting it. You can also do this in November for a couple of weeks but it works best right before the rut.

Pulse hunting. No go zones/sanctuaries. No four wheelers. Mandatory scent reduction practices. No talking/laughing/door slamming until up front at main gate. Walk in or use fat tire bike unless going way in then use golf cart.

Me and Urkel are going to slap y'all with our moccasins!
I passed on a 165" today because he was only 6.5 years old. We like to age them at least 8 before we even think of pulling the trigger.

Is it be an ass day? I really didn't realize I had so many friends on here since I don't know any of you and pretty much stay out of your controversial topics.
